I think with appetite being suppress, you can focus more on healthy foods and eating, as you are not really tempted. It's been a long day, as I also did my hair - took me 4 hours to retwist my baby dreads. So I will make this entry sort.

Day 2
Today was a very hot day.......... I started to take sea kelp with the fruta planta? No appetite/cravings at all. I did get a little weak, heat and not eating on time.... I can understand that.

Weight Loss Journey - First Entry 2011
What's good! It's your girl, Blaque! Alright, so I am at it again. I am trying to shed the fat, and build the muscle. Get all healthy for 2011. Too late? Nah, never to late.
So what have I been doing so far? There's this diet supplement which I have been taking, it's called Fruta Planta. Not sure how many of you have heard about it, but it's been 5 days since I began taking it. Hmmm, I am not sure if there are results or not yet, because I have not weighed myself, just been looking in the mirror to tell. Well, you know how that is, don't you? As soon as you begin to do something different you begin checking for results? And you are all like, I think its working, I mean, I look smaller here, and a little thinner there..... So I don't know if it's working for real or my mind just thinks it is. Will have to get measured and all of that to tell I guess.........
It's Sunday 29th May today, time is 11:03pm. I'ma start the gym on Tues. Get ma workout on. I guess one thing I should mention about the Fruta Planta is that is suppresses your appetite so you dont get hungry. But! I am not overweight for no reason, so even though I am not hungry I still eat! And still 'get in the mood for' something! I guess that is all my fault and should be exercising self control. Today has been good though, I have been determined not to eat when I should not eat. I exercised mental will power not to do. Food has no control over me! That is the mind set I have adopt, and so far, it's been working out. ;-)
Also looking at my portion size, and trying to cut out the late night snacking. BADDDD! So far, it's been working out great! Wish me luck!
